In this you need to strictly follow vegetarian diet for about 7 days in a week. Following this day diet plan can surely help you to reduce 5-7 kg.

On day 1 you should have plenty of fruits and fruit juices. Although you must avoid bananas since it increases the fat content.

Day 2 can be the vegetable day since you need to have vegetables as well as the delicious vegetable soups. You can also consume raw vegetables along with some seasoning to help with your day by day diet plans.

The third day will comprise of the combination of day 1 and day 2 on which you will be consuming both fruits and vegetables.

Day 4 could be a little tough for you. This is because you will have to consume about 8 bananas and drinking 4 glasses of milk. This will supply glucose content to your body.

On day 5 you must have 4 tomatoes as well as sprouts. Sprouts are protein supplements as well as tomatoes help in enriching you with calcium content.
