The third day will comprise of the combination of day 1 and day 2 on which you will be consuming both fruits and vegetables.

Day 4 could be a little tough for you. This is because you will have to consume about 8 bananas and drinking 4 glasses of milk. This will supply glucose content to your body.

On day 5 you must have 4 tomatoes as well as sprouts. Sprouts are protein supplements as well as tomatoes help in enriching you with calcium content. On day 6 you must have boiled potato as well as soup of sprouts. You could stop here, then this wuld be a 5 day diet plans, but myself I would keep going.

On day 7 you need to have a diet consisting of baked vegetables and baked rice. You also need to intake a lot of water. Tea or coffee need not be disappointed but they should be consumed without sugar.
